The Acirfa dream is made possible through the work of the incredible team of leaders who serve as the organization’s board members and consultants. From NGO founders, start-up consultants, business CEO's, to Zambian business specialists, these individuals bring a wealth of experience and know-how that will continue to develop Acirfa as a sustainable organization for years to come.

In addition, Acirfa’s mission has been further realized through the support of bike guru Darryl Funk (www.funkcycles.com). Darryl’s expertise aids in placing high quality bikes within reach for our Zambian recipients.

Marc McBride: Executive Committee

Marc is the father of Dustin McBride and has played a key role in the start-up and continued growth of Acirfa and Zambikes. As the CEO of McBride Electric, Marc brings both experience and wisdom to the Acirfa Team. Marc and his wife, Marsha, are both huge advocates and representatives for Acirfa.

Wes Roberts: Executive Committee and Board Chair

Wes leads a ministry called Leadership Design Group in Colorado.  (http://wesroberts.typepad.com/wes). His expertise and strengths lie in developing leaders and counseling men of influence. His role as a mentor and advisor to the Acirfa team has been both irreplaceable and immeasurable.

Craig Terrill: Lead Consultant

Out of Chicago, Craig is a man on a mission. With an entrepreneurial heart, Craig has a deep passion for the underprivileged within developing countries. He is involved with the Africa initiative at Willow Creek Church (www.willowcreek.org), has been a venture capitalist and professor of entrepreneurship for MBA's at the University of Chicago, and has contributed to many different start-up companies and organizations. Acirfa is grateful for his position on the team as an advisor and consultant.
